Personal Details
I am an experienced graphic designer who began my career creating year books, and brochures for local high schools and restaurants, then later, made a successful move into the world of graphic design and illustrations. Raised in Southern California, I always wanted to work in the art field. Upon graduating high school, I embarked on learning as many fields of art as possible, from computer animation, desktop publishing, illustrations, typography, and graphic layout. In college, I took traditional design and web design classes, with my focus being 3D animation. However, it wasn't until I attended the Art Institute of California, where my focus shifted to graphic layout and illustrations.
Throughout my career, my focus has been to provide timeless, relevant designs that are beautiful to look at, while being keenly aware of the importance of completing assignments on time and to the total satisfaction of the client. I follow through from inception through production to final delivery, ensuring that all work is delivered within agreed timescales and is 100% to the client’s liking. I've worked solo and as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists.

I create and edit advertising videos for various social media platforms, as well as aid in brainstorming and marketing design. I designed and developed graphic designs and artwork for advertising and marketing materials, including magazine advertisements, bi-weekly sales flyers, social media posts, package design, brochures, direct-mail pieces, posters and websites (www.empius.com). I was also responsible for the photography, sorting and cataloging of over 6,000 product shots, as well as creating / producing the yearly 500+ page VW catalog (both print and online versions).
